Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser so it can remember something about your visit: a login, a preference, or (for analytics cookies) that your visit happened. This page lists what our sites actually use.
Our signup and event pages: no cookies
Our newsletter, resource, and event pages (the subdomains of nearshoreamericas.com where you sign up for things) set no cookies of their own and run no analytics trackers. Their forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates your browser session invisibly for security and may use its own technical mechanisms to do so; these fall under strictly necessary use.
nearshoreamericas.com: analytics, behind a consent banner
The main Nearshore Americas site uses Google Analytics to understand readership in aggregate. Its cookies are set only according to the choice you make in the site’s consent banner, and you can change that choice at any time from the banner’s settings. The site also loads Google reCAPTCHA on some forms, which sets Google cookies for bot protection; Google’s own privacy terms apply to both (policies.google.com/privacy).
Categories, in plain terms
| Category | What it covers | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security and bot protection (Cloudflare, Turnstile, reCAPTCHA) | All sites |
| Analytics | Aggregate readership statistics (Google Analytics), only with your consent | nearshoreamericas.com |
We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Managing cookies
Use the consent banner on nearshoreamericas.com to change your analytics choice. Every browser also lets you view, block, or delete cookies in its settings; blocking strictly necessary mechanisms may stop forms from working, because they are what keeps the bots out.
